Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
- Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Time
We currently offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–14 business days from order confirmation

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Shipping Confirmation & Responsibility
An order is considered fulfilled once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided.
While we are not responsible for carrier-related delays after shipment, we will gladly assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Kleenext is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, or once the order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Delays
Although we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
