At Kleenext customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains the conditions and process for returns, exchanges and refunds.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging where applicable

- Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label by email.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved returns, Kleenext provides a prepaid return shipping label.
- Customers are not charged return shipping fees.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@kleenext.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will provide either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund at no additional cost
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details and the replacement item you would like.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, or once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
